• In order to ensure the transparency, accountability and responsibility of the overall functioning of our institution, a Grievance Redressal Committee is in place. A student/faculty/staff of the institution may submit an application/complaint through online/offline mode to the committee.
• On the receipt of any such complaint, the Committee initiates the resolution process with immediate effect. Thereafter, an urgent meeting of GRC is called upon to discuss the matter of grievance and the procedure to be followed.
• The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) fixes a date for hearing the complaint; the person/department against whom the complaint has been made and the complainant have to appear in person on that particular date for the hearing.
• Both the parties are given complete opportunity to present his/her case and defense. After hearing and recording the statements, the GRC may pass an appropriate order.
• In case of any false or frivolous complaint, the committee may take a direct and appropriate action, against the complainant.
