Master of Business administration
Our MBA Programme is designed to develop students into professionally competent and socially sensitive management professionals, fully equipped to take on the challenges of the corporate world.
The curriculum encourages students to develop their contextual, business and management understanding; self-awareness, analytical and critical thinking, negotiation and leadership skills and entrepreneurial abilities.
The pedagogy places importance on both theoretical and hands-on learning. The classroom learning focuses on conceptual clarity and entails discussions, case studies, presentations, simulations, assignments and such activities. Practical exposure, on the other hand, is provided through rigorous fieldwork.
Faculty, with strong corporate and academic experience, and with their constant indulgence in research and consultancy projects, industry meets and FDPs, are the undisputable source for relevant training.
Further, students are entirely supported and encouraged to undertake internships with organizations for a period ranging from six to eight weeks, after the completion of their first internal examination of third semester, enabling them to learn significantly from and contribute meaningfully to organizations.
The insights that emerge out of such practical exposures make the managers and entrepreneurs-in-the making, conceptually strong and successful in practice of the profession. Students are also required to complete a dissertation on any topic of their choice.
