            The SC, ST, OBC, AND MINORITY Committee is a pivotal platform within educational institutions dedicated to addressing the unique challenges faced by students from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), OBC and Minority. Its primary objective is to ensure the holistic development and equitable treatment of SC, ST, OBC, AND MINORITY students, fostering an inclusive environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and personally.

           This Committee connects SC, ST, OBC, AND MINORITY students, faculty, administration, and external stakeholders, advocating for their rights, interests, and well-being. Through its various initiatives, the SC, ST, OBC, AND MINORITY Committee endeavors to create awareness, provide support services, and promote policies that address the historical and systemic barriers confronting SC, ST, OBC, AND MINORITY students.

                The core responsibility of the SC, ST, OBC, and Minority Committee is to provide a platform for SC, ST, OBC, and Minority students to voice their concerns, aspirations, and suggestions. By actively engaging with the student community, the Committee gains valuable insights into the specific challenges faced by SC, ST, OBC, and Minority students and collaborates with relevant stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.

               Additionally, the SC, ST, OBC, and Minority Committee are crucial in organizing sensitization workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns to foster understanding and empathy for caste discrimination, social exclusion, and affirmative action policies. Through these educational initiatives, the Committee strives to create a more inclusive campus culture where diversity is celebrated, and discrimination is actively challenged.

                Furthermore, the Committee works closely with faculty members, administrative staff, and external partners to implement support services and interventions that address the academic, personal, and social needs of SC, ST, OBC, AND MINORITY students. Whether providing mentorship, counseling, or facilitating access to scholarships and resources, the Committee remains steadfast in its commitment to leveling the playing field for SC, ST, OBC, AND MINORITY students and ensuring their success.
